II. Modelling, Materials and Lights

As you have seen in the quick start chapter in Part I the creation of a 3D scene needs at least three key point: Models, Materials, Lights. In this part we will go deep into each of these.

Once you are done with this part you can either go to the Part IV if you want to get the most of Blender rendering engines on still images, or either read the Part III to learn all Blender's animation capabilities. Part V on the other hand gives you even more modelling tools.
